Refund policy

At Legace Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority.


Returns


- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.


Refunds


- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account or UPI ID.


Exchanges


- Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


Damaged or Incorrect Products


- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
